I see a few stars outside but not very many. There seems to be a full moon.-Kellie Dyment

April 16:
Obviously this morning there are no stars out. By the time I got home last night it was late and I was exhausted, however I did get a chance to glance up at the sky and see the moon which I don't believe was to it's fullest but it was very bright. There were some stars as Kellie pointed out but not many. I saw a cluster of them at one point together which was interesting because it did not seem there were any other stars around that little cluster. -Kate Robinson

I did not see much in NY it was to cloudy to see anything but the moon was really bright -Shawn Bennett

good job, Kate, I too looked and found Saturn. It was behind the trees the last time I looked. - Mrs R.

Will it ever stop raining so we can star gaze? Mrs R

Kind of irrevelant but today kind of stunk. It rained all day had some thunder and also hail. Could this affect star gazing? -Katelyn Robinson

April 21: what is up with this color typing. Anyway, I was over in Lewiston tonight. I looked up at the stars as I came out of church. I never realized how much light pollution is there. I could only see a small portion of stars I can at my house. I had trouble identifying the constellations because there were so few. When I got home, it was dark, lots of stars.
hum. color of typing fine now. - Mrs R

April 24: will we ever have clear night skies???
